Out here, a flat tyre can be life-threatening – so you need all the help you can get.

You can’t beat the feeling of hitting the open road with nothing but adventure ahead of you. But every trip inevitably hits a few bumps along the way and towing a caravan or boat only increases the number of things that can potentially go wrong.

While you can’t safeguard against accidents or predict breakdowns, Get On Track, an all-Aussie App, is designed to connect travellers with repairers – fast.

“I know the toll that outback roads can have on caravans and trailers. I also know that nothing ruins a trip faster than a water leak or a mechanical failure.

So Get On Track was designed to take the stress out of finding the local help you need – so you can get back to enjoying your trip as quickly as possible.”

FAQ

The App is regularly updated to include new services as they become available in a location and to remove any that are no longer operating or which are no longer relevant. So you can be sure that the businesses or services listed are still operating.* These updates happen automatically and once you have downloaded the App you don’t need to do anything.

*While every attempt is made to ensure we only list current businesses, businesses do occasionally close suddenly without our knowledge.

No. We independently – and without payment – list the relevant businesses in an area and we don’t receive any payment, kickbacks or bonuses from them.

No. Because we are totally independent we only list services and we are not able to personally review them all or recommend them. We do however select the services/businesses for their ability to manage towing specific services and local car repairs.

No. As we don’t review, recommend or rate the businesses listed on this App – we don’t provide a platform for our users to do this either.

Get On Track was created by us – a Queensland family who love caravanning and travelling. While on our own adventures around Australia, we had a few issues – as you inevitably do. We found it difficult to find the relevant towing services for our caravan and car when we were on the road and staying in small towns. Google searches took too long and often only listed advertisers or domestic services and repairers. So we decided to create an App to help all travellers track down the relevant, specialised services they need easily and quickly. We hope you love it as much as we do!
